QuotePi (“QuotePi,” “we,” “us”) provides software that helps home-service businesses send and follow up on customer quotes. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using QuotePi you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email, username, and password (stored hashed) when you create an account.
- Quote & customer data — quotes you create or import, including your customers’ names, email addresses, phone numbers, and quote details.
- Integration data — when you connect Jobber or Housecall Pro, we access quote/estimate and client contact data from those accounts to sync and follow up on quotes.
- Billing information — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We store subscription status and payment records, not full card numbers.
- Usage & engagement data — opens, clicks, and responses to follow-up messages, used to power your dashboard and analytics.
How we use information
- To provide the service: sending follow-up emails and SMS on your behalf and tracking quote engagement.
- To operate billing and subscriptions.
- To maintain, secure, and improve the product.
- To communicate with you about your account and service.
Service providers we share with
We share data only with vendors needed to run the service:
- SendGrid — sending follow-up and transactional email.
- Twilio — sending follow-up SMS.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Jobber / Housecall Pro — only the accounts you choose to connect.
- Fly.io — hosting and infrastructure.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe — every follow-up email includes an unsubscribe link; recipients can opt out of further messages at any time.
- Access & deletion — you may request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting us.
- Disconnect integrations — you can disconnect Jobber or Housecall Pro from the Integrations page at any time.
Data retention & security
We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls) to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
